Outdoor quiet hours after 10PM strictly enforced by the local authorities. This is a residential neighbourhood and police will be called. No motorcycle parking if not on driveway. There are exterior working cameras surrounding the house as well as noise level detectors in and outside of the property.

No boats and no trailers or commercial vehicles. ○ No covering or tampering with security cameras or noise level detectors. ○ Pool heater requires 30 dollars per day surcharge and must be requested 48 hours in advance. ○ Pool will only heat 25 degrees hotter then outside temperature. ○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. ○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver's license prior to check-in. ○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking. ○ Twice-weekly maintenance keeps the pool clean. However, outdoor elements like leaves, dirt, or even evidence of local lizards, such as droppings, may occasionally be present. These are natural outcomes of an open-air pool and are promptly addressed during our regular upkeep.
