House Rules
○ Quiet hours after 10PM outdoors ○ No covering or tampering with security cameras ○ Pool heater requires 30 dollars per day surcharge and must be requested 48 hours in advance. ○ Pool will only heat 25 degrees hotter then outside temperature. ○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back ○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver's license prior to check-in ○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
